The kiK ninjas get busy, hand crafting, packaging and getting your order ready to ship within 7 working days.
You receive a tracking number within 24 hours of it shipping.
Within 10 working days after shipping, they’ll be on your feet!
NB: Please allow extra time for public holidays and festive seasons.

Following our sustainable approach, our kiKs are personally customised and made to order just for you, because of this, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choice.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled/damaged/defective.
Rest assured, if there’s something wrong with your new kiKs when you receive them, we are all ears!
If that’s the case, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@snapkiks.com and let us know within a week after receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled/damaged/defective item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges for defective item
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we refund your money, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you if your refund is approved or not via the email you had registered with us to. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Care
Although our microsuede boots are water resistant, to keep the fabric soft and clean and prolong their life, we recommend spraying them with a water and stain protector before the first use and intermittently where needed.
If they get dirty
Gently clean, using a toothbrush or bristled brush with a soap solution.
Let it air dry (don’t speed up the process by force drying ie: hairdryer, as this may damage your boots), before buffing off any dirt from the surface.
Follow it up with a spray of stain protector, (it’s important to follow the product’s instructions).
